Workplace: Eskilstuna

Duration: Full-time day 06:00 - 18:00 5-2 schedule / Full-time night 18:00 - 06:00 5-2 schedule/5-4 schedule. A 6-month probationary period applies.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced team leader for our team! As a team leader, you will have a central role in our operations and be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve set goals. You will have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks, ensuring efficient working methods, and following up on results. Your role also includes holding regular meetings with staff, providing ongoing feedback, and developing employees' skills. To be successful in this role, we see that you have experience as a team leader or in a similar leadership position, have a structured working method, and possess good communication and inspirational skills. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for both daily operations and staff development.

Our requirements for this position are that you must be: of legal age and without a criminal record according to FAP 573-2, you must also be drug-free and have a high school diploma. You should have good health and physical fitness. A valid driver's license (B) and a well-organized economy are also required. In addition, you need to be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications: Security guard training VU1 and VU2, leadership training, CPR training, and a technical background.

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you proceed in the process but do not already possess the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! You will undergo security guard training (VU1, 9 days) through BYA, the Occupational and Work Environment Board of the Security Industry. Participation in this training is a prerequisite for employment. Tests will be applied in the recruitment process.
